"I rode to the Carson City area from Ft. Collins, CO and experienced a rear flat tire on my Honda Spirit due to a dry wall screw. I called MCW and Steve Dey told me they could work me in sometime that day. The friend I was visiting took me to MCW, dropped the bike off and before we finished breakfast, Steve called and told me it was ready to pick up. Service couldn't have been quicker or better. I would just like to say what Machine you guys sold me.The Kawi ZX 10R is the best machine I have ever been on. I realy didn't know what I was buying at the time. Here I am sitting on a CBR 1000 and mat came up to me said "Ready to get it" I said not sure. I asked him if you could get any one of these which one would it be. He said for a guy with your frame I would go for the ZX10R I didn't even know Kawi was back in the super bike yet. After A full day yes, no, yes, no, yes But my wife is going to kill me. He had it ready by lunch time new New MCW shirt, And x elevn helmet that Terry in parts reccomened. I was GONE Matt was so easy to work with. Terry and Nick in parts are the best either at the counter or phone, and the hotrod that answers the phone tops off a great experiance. It was so good I have got the same great service with both quads I bought.

"i've been dealing with the staff of MCW for years now, and the level of customer svc is outstanding , it's great to go in for what i need and and be treated like " one of the family" i've dealt with many other dealerships in the past and though MCW has grown and continues to grow over the years, it's nice to see that they have kept the "family " attitude . after all , it's all about ridin isn't it? many thanx to all the staff at MCW (especially Mom , who isn't seen much , but keeps them all in line.)"
